Description
From a laboratory in the United Kingdom this used Applied Biosystems GeneAmp PCR System 9700 was purchased. The PCR-system was in use until the laboratory closed. We transported the instrument and performed some tests to assess the condition. Some signs of use were found, but the instrument is fully operational.
The offered used Applied Biosystems GeneAmp PCR System 9700 is specifically designed for the amplification of nucleic acids. The system consists of a base module and 96-well sample block module for use with 0.2 ml reaction tubes or 96-well reaction plates. The system is perfect for routine PCR applications.

- Method storage: Auto restart function allows for power outages and safe continuation of a PCR experiment after resumption of power
