The Spark Holland Climex system is a stand alone Triathlon autosampler which is additionally equipped with two high pressure switching valves and peltier cooling. The resulting advanced autosampler offers a wide variety of possibilities for HPLC.
Description.
- Flushed loop injection: The sample loop is completely (quantitatively) filled with sample, resulting in extremely good reproducibility.
- Partial Loopfill injection: The sample loop is partially filled with sample; this means low sample loss and programmable injection volumes.
- µL Pick-up injection: After aspiration of sample, the sample is transported into the loop with transport liquid (mobile phase); this means no sample loss.
- The Triathlon uses a syringe to aspirate the sample from a vial into the sample loop. To prevent contamination of the syringe, the Triathlon is equipped with a buffer tubing between the syringe and the injection valve. Wash solvent is used to remove the sample from and to rinse the buffer tubing and sample needle.

The additional high pressure switching valves enable more complex applications such as, On-line SPE, Column switching, Fraction collection and Others. The instrument is tested and maintained in our own laboratory and is in good working condition.

De Spark Holland Triathlon Autosampler is een autosampler die een breed scala aan mogelijkheden voor HPLC biedt.
Het biedt drie verschillende methoden van injectie voor een analytische run:
– Flushed Loop: Het monster lus is volledig (kwantitatief) gevuld met monster, wat resulteert in zeer goede reproduceerbaarheid.
– Gedeeltelijke Loopfill: Het monster lus wordt gedeeltelijk gevuld met monster; dit betekent lage monster verlies en programmeerbare injectie volumes.
– µL Pick-up: Na aspiratie van het monster, het monster wordt vervoerd in de lus met transport vloeistof (mobiele fase), dit betekent dat er geen monster verlies.
De Triathlon maakt gebruik van een naald om het monster uit de vial (in de sample loop) op te zuigen. Om vervuiling/besmetting van de naald te voorkomen, is de Triathlon uitgerust met een bufferslang tussen de naald en de injectieklep. Wasoplosmiddel wordt gebruikt om het monster uit de bufferslang en monsternaald spoelen & om de bufferslang en monsternaald schoon te spoelen.

Es bietet drei verschiedene Methoden der Injektion für eine analytische Sicht:
– Flushed Loop: Die Probenschleife wird komplett (quantitativ) mit der Probe gefüllt, wodurch eine sehr gute Reproduzierbarkeit.
– Partial-Loop-Fill: Die Probenschleife teilweise mit der Probe gefüllt, bedeutet dies niedrige Probenverlust und programmierbare Injektionsvolumina.
– Ul Pick-up: Nach dem Absaugen der Probe, die Probe wird in der Schleife mit Transportflüssigkeit (mobile Phase), bedeutet dies, dass keine Probe verlustfrei transportiert.
Das angebotene Climex-System ist einem fortgeschrittenen Triathlon Autosampler, der außerdem mit Hochdruck-Schaltventilen und Peltier Kühlung ausgerüstet ist und mit für jede spezielle Anwendung erforderlichen Zusatzmodulen. Bei den Zwei Ventilen handelt es sich um 6-Wege-Hochdruckventile.
Mögliche zusätzliche Anforderungen sind:

Das Gerät hat eine gründliche Inspektion bekommen in uns eigenes Labor. Darüber hinaus wird das Gerät für die Auslieferung nochmals getestet und nur geliefert, wenn es richtig funktioniert. Falls gewünscht, entwickeln wir die Applikation für Sie und installieren das Gerät.
