Description
This used Millipore SNAP i.d. Protein Detection System is a vacuum-driven Western blot processing system designed to significantly reduce the time required for immunodetection procedures.
The SNAP i.d. system actively draws blocking solutions, antibodies and wash buffers through the membrane instead of relying primarily on passive diffusion. This allows Western blot blocking, antibody incubation and washing procedures to be completed considerably faster than with conventional methods.
The system includes SNAP i.d. blot holders as shown in the photographs. The instrument has been tested and is in good operational condition.
