Description
This used NanoTemper Monolith NT.115 Pico MST System is a MicroScale Thermophoresis instrument designed for sensitive analysis of biomolecular interactions in solution. The system is suitable for binding affinity studies, protein-protein interactions, protein-small molecule interactions, protein-nucleic acid interactions, antibody/antigen studies, enzyme assays, buffer screening and biophysical assay development.
The Monolith NT.115 Pico uses MicroScale Thermophoresis to detect changes in molecular movement in a microscopic temperature gradient. Binding events can be measured directly in capillaries with low sample consumption and without surface immobilization. The Pico configuration is especially suited for high-sensitivity MST measurements with red fluorescent labels such as NT-647, Alexa Fluor 647, Cy5 and compatible dyes.
The instrument powers on and reaches the instrument status screen. The display shows connected status and software/firmware version 1.2.1. The system is supplied with two NT.115 capillary trays, capillaries and assorted NanoTemper reagents / buffers as pictured. Software can also be supplied by arrangement. The system is supplied as pictured.
