This used Olympus BX 40 microscope was purchased from a private owner. On arrival it was tested and found to be in a good operational state.
The Olympus BX40 is a popular clinical grade microscope which was launched in 1993. It is known for its novel Y-shaped design for the microscope body. The series featured superior operability, excellent rigidity and first class optical performance. At the time, this microscope series took the competition by surprise and was very well received by microscope users. Nowadays it is still a popular microscope and a nice technically refined piece of equipment. The microscope comes with all the shown accessories (see pictures). It is offered at a sharp price.
