Description
This used Sigma 6-16K Refrigerated Centrifuge is a high-capacity refrigerated laboratory centrifuge designed for demanding routine and research applications. The system is suitable for laboratories working with biological samples, cell culture material, blood tubes, conical tubes, microplates and other laboratory vessels, depending on the installed rotor, buckets and adapters. The Sigma 6-16K combines refrigerated operation, programmable centrifugation parameters and a large rotor chamber, making it suitable for microbiology, molecular biology, clinical research, pharmaceutical laboratories, biotechnology and general laboratory sample preparation.
This unit is supplied with a Sigma 11150 swing-out rotor and a selection of buckets, carriers and adapters as pictured. The rotor is marked with a maximum speed of 5100 rpm and a maximum load of 4 x 2000 g. The centrifuge was tested and is in a good operational state.
