Description
This used Hermle Z 446 K Refrigerated Centrifuge is a high-capacity refrigerated laboratory centrifuge designed for demanding routine, research and clinical laboratory applications. The Z 446 K is suitable for centrifugation of tubes, bottles, plates and other sample formats, depending on the installed rotor, buckets and adapters.
The Hermle Z 446 K combines a large refrigerated chamber with automatic rotor recognition, digital control of speed, RCF, acceleration, deceleration, temperature and time, and a powerful maintenance-free induction drive. The system is well suited for microbiology, biotechnology, cell culture, pharmaceutical research, clinical laboratories, food testing, sample preparation and general high-volume laboratory centrifugation.
This unit was manufactured in 2021 and is supplied with the pictured Sigma 11150 swing-out rotor, Sigma 13220 microtiter plate buckets and Sigma 17979 plate holders / inserts as pictured. The display is active and shows rotor recognition. The centrifuge is in a good state.
