Description
This used Sigma 11150 Rotor with 13220 Microtiter Buckets and 17979 Inserts is a swing-out centrifuge rotor set designed for microtiter plates, multiwell plates and compatible plate formats. The set is suitable for laboratories using compatible Sigma centrifuges for sample preparation, microplate centrifugation, PCR plate processing, assay preparation and general laboratory plate handling.
The set includes the Sigma 11150 swing-out rotor, four Sigma 13220 microtiter plate buckets and Sigma 17979 plate inserts / holders as pictured. The 13220 buckets are designed for microtiter plate use and have a maximum permitted speed of 4,100 rpm with a maximum RCF of approximately 3,007 x g. The maximum plate height for the 13220 bucket configuration is 54 mm.
