This used Invitrogen iBlot Gel Transfer Device to perform dry blotting ensures a structured and less time consuming dry protein transfer in mini- or midi-gels. It is a self-contained unit without the need for an external buffer or power supply. Using this instrument, protein transfer takes less than 7 minutes.

Specifications:

  • Rated voltage: 100-240 V;
  • For proteins between 11 and 220 kDa;
  • Uses mini-sized precast NUPAGE gels.

The Invitrogen iBlot was tested in our laboratory and found to be in a good state.
