S-A-LE offers lab space for rent. The lab spaces are located in a former NVWA laboratory, revitalized into its original state. In this characterful laboratory building, past and future come together. Where possible, original furnishings — or carefully sourced equivalents from the lab’s early days — have been reinstalled to preserve the building’s unique atmosphere. Labs GF - 492 m² - €5125/month
This option, with a total surface area of 492 m², includes all laboratories on the ground floor. The entire space is divided into 9 individual laboratory rooms, each with its own specific features. Together, Labs GF forms a fully operational laboratory suitable for a wide range of applications. Optional storage and office spaces are available upon request.

Labs North GF - 351 m² - €3656/month
This ground floor option of 351 m² on the north/west side consists of the West GF laboratories and Lab 0.52, combined with room 0.53. The latter was previously used as an incubator room and contains few specific laboratory facilities. Together, these six rooms form a complete laboratory with its own entrance, suitable for a wide range of activities, ranging from microbiological and analytical work to general laboratory applications. Optional additional storage and separate office spaces are available.
Labs WEST GF - 89 m² - €927/month
The Lab West GF option consists of three interconnected smaller laboratories with a total surface area of 89 m². These labs have their own separate entrance via the central lab. This option is ideally suited for a small-scale biochemical laboratory but can also be effectively used for general or analytical lab purposes.
Lab 0.52 - 238 m² - €2479/month
This spacious former microbiological laboratory 0.52 is combined with the smaller analytical laboratory lab 0.56. It offers approximately 238 m² of space and has a private entrance to the outside. The laboratory can be configured as an ML1 laboratory.
Lab 0.51 - 49 m² - €510/month
This former pathogen laboratory offers 49 m² of space and features a dual entrance. The room measures approximately 8 by 6 meters.
Lab 0.48 - 49 m² - €510/month
Lab 0.48 is a former PCR laboratory of 49 m² located on the ground floor. In principle, working with biological agents is permitted in this space.

Lab 0.49 is a former laboratory clearance space of 43 m², located on the ground floor. The room is L-shaped, the length is 10 meter and it features its own lift entrance and direct access to the outside.
Offices
On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance hall, there are four offices, an archive room, and a meeting room. These spaces are available to the tenants of the building.
LAB 1.44 - 89.8 m² - €935/month
This former sample preparation and storage laboratory offers approximately 90 m² of space and features two entrances as well as direct access via the elevator.
LAB 1.52 - 156 m² - €1624/month
Optionally, Lab East on the first floor can be split in the middle into two smaller, separate labs, 1.52 and 1.53. The resulting lab 1.52 combined with lab 1.58 has a floor space of 156 m², is well equipped and suitable as a self-contained laboratory for a medium-sized company.

Lab East 1e contains all labs east of the entrance corridor on the first floor (338.7 m2). The lab is suitable as an independently operating laboratory for a medium-sized company. The infrastructure that was built in the past is still present and can be reused.
