Lab 0.49 is a former laboratory clearance space of 43 m², located on the ground floor. The room is L-shaped, the length is 10 meter and it features its own lift entrance and direct access to the outside.

Layout:

Previously, the space was equipped with:

• A long refrigerated wall system (KWS).
• A long freezer wall system (KWS).
•  A long workbench of approximately 6 meters with a freestanding sink.
•  A half island table with a cooling plate (KP), multiple storage cabinets (OK),
• A chemical storage cabinet (OC) with extraction.

However, the layout can be adjusted to suit any desired configuration. The lab is currently used as a packaging area for S-A-LE but will become available once a tenant expresses interest. At this time, it’s not possible to take representative photos that do justice to the space. To be transparent: it’s a fairly narrow room and is probably best combined with one of the adjacent spaces.
