This former pathogen laboratory offers 49 m² of space and features a dual entrance. The room measures approximately 8 by 6 meters.

Layout:

Previously, the lab was equipped with:

• A long workbench of approximately 6 meters.
• An island table with a sink, approximately 4 meters long.
• An additional island table, also approximately 4 meters long.
• A 120 cm fume hoods with connections for demineralized water (2), compressed air (2), and gas (1).
• An additional extraction point/arm on one of the tables.
• A chemical safety cabinet with extraction.
• Two small work/office desks.
• A high-voltage and three-phase power connection

However, the layout can be adjusted to suit any desired configuration. In principle, working with biological agents is permitted in this space. The lab is temporarily being used to test S-A-LE equipment but will be made available as soon as a tenant comes forward. See the photos and diagrams for more details
