Used UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Perkin Elmer Lambda 11/BIO

Up for sale: a used UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Perkin Elmer Lambda 11. The spectrophotometer is designed for routinely analysing UV-Vis samples. The system features a deuterium and a tungsten-halogen lamp. Because of this, it is possible to measure in an area between 200 to 900 nm. Moreover, the device is equipped with an option to perform biochemical measurements, like DNA scans or kinetic analyses.

By means of the instrumental display, the Lambda 11 can be operated manually. However, operation through the supplied PC and software are preferred. Not only does this allow the use of more advanced applications, it also means the results can be processed and stored more efficiently.
Optionally, you can equip the UV-Vis spectrophotometer with the supplied autosampler, with a maximum capacity of 13 cuvettes. It is possible to order cuvettes in our glassware shop.

The second-hand UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Perkin Elmer Lambda 11 has been tested in our laboratory and is in excellent condition.
This is reflected by the results in the 259 – Testcertificaat.
