This used Millipore SNAP i.d. 2.0 Midi Protein Detection System with pump is a vacuum-driven system for rapid Western blot immunodetection. The system actively draws blocking solutions, antibodies and wash buffers through the membrane, significantly reducing Western blot processing time. It is supplied with the matching Millipore WP6122050 chemical duty vacuum pump, collection flask, tubing, two Midi blot holding frames and SNAP i.d. 2.0 Midi blot holders. The vacuum pump has been tested and is in good operational condition.
