This used rotary evaporator Heidolph Laborota 4001 will meet the requirements of any laboratory. It is a compact yet efficient rotavapor system that features an automated lift, quiet motor, and rotation speed range of 20-270 RPM. The Laborota 4001 can handle distillation volumes of 50ml – 3L. The Heidolph WB Digit heating bath features an insulated interior to help maintain temperature as well as prevention of scalding. Long lasting graphite-filled PTFE vacuum seal between drive and vapor tube provides leak-free, greaseless operation. The drive motor is quiet, brush-less, sparkless and maintenance free.

The system was thoroughly tested and is in a good state. Only the water bath interior shows some signs of wear (see picture).
A new equivalent motorised Heidolph evaporator with digital bath and vacuum controller will cost more than €4000.
