Description
Used Jasco FP-1520 fluorescence detector for use in biochemical and medical research fields for analysing organic compounds. Versatile time-programming capabilities are provided for wavelength, response, gain, spectral scan, etc, permitting highly selective detection of various compounds. The Jasco offers a rapid scan for ‘on-flow’ spectral acquisition of excitation and emission spectra without interupting chromatographic elution. The used Jasco FP-1520 fluorescence detector has been tested using a vitamine B2 solution showing a signal, showing that the dectector is in good condition.
