Optionally, Lab West on the first floor can be split into two smaller, separate labs, 1.47A and 1.47B. The resulting labs with adjoining office spaces are similar and still well equipped, but half the size (189 m²). A glass wall provides a view from the office into the laboratory. The entire unit is suitable as a self-contained laboratory for a medium-sized company.

• Office 1.49b (104 m²) – Suitable for general office use (50%)
• Offices 1.51  (10.3 m²) – Small, separate office space
• Optional: additional storage and separate office spaces available

• Four grouped fume hoods with separate exhaust systems and connections for water, gas, and compressed air located near the lab entrance.
• Two extraction arms/points
• Four island tables with sinks, each with cold, hot, and demineralised water, gas, and compressed air connections
• One ventilated chemical storage cabinet

• Emergency shower
