Optionally, Lab East on the first floor can be split in the middle into two smaller, separate labs, 1.52 and 1.53. The resulting lab 1.52 combined with lab 1.58 has a floor space of 156 m², is well equipped and suitable as a self-contained laboratory for a medium-sized company.

- Lab 1.52 (102.9 m2)- Previously used as HPLC/chemistry lab – 3 fumehoods, 4 island tables with or without sink, etc.
