This former sample preparation and storage laboratory offers approximately 90 m² of space and features two entrances as well as direct access via the elevator.

It was previously equipped with:

• Four air handling ducts.
• Two 120 cm fume hoods.
• Two small island tables of 260 cm with sinks, equipped with cold water, hot water, and connections for gas, nitrogen, and compressed air.
• A wall-mounted workbench and an instrument island table of approximately 4 meters.
• Two refrigeration compartments and two freezer compartments.
• An emergency safety shower.
• Seven storage cabinets and a chemical cabinet with extraction.
• Tiled flooring.
