Description
This used Opentrons OT-2 Liquid Handling Robot with PC and Software is a benchtop automated liquid handling system designed for flexible and reproducible pipetting workflows in life science, biotechnology, molecular biology and analytical laboratories. The OT-2 platform is suitable for automating repetitive liquid transfer tasks such as PCR setup, reagent dispensing, serial dilution, sample preparation, assay preparation and general laboratory automation.
The system is supplied with a PC, monitor, keyboard and mouse with Opentrons software installed. The software detects the OT-2 robot and shows the installed left-mount P1000 Single-Channel GEN2 pipette. The right mount is empty. The on-deck camera is enabled in the software. The system includes tube racks, deck accessories and waste container as pictured.
The Opentrons OT-2 is widely used because of its accessible open software environment, Python API support and flexible deck layout. The robot has 11 deck slots for compatible labware and modules, allowing users to configure protocols for a wide range of liquid handling tasks. The included P1000 Single-Channel GEN2 pipette is suitable for liquid transfers from 100 µL to 1000 µL.
The system has been tested and is in good condition. It is supplied as pictured.
