Description
This used Rigaku NEX QC+ EZ EDXRF Analyzer for Parts/Repair is a compact benchtop energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence system designed for rapid, non-destructive elemental analysis of solids, liquids, powders, alloys, oils, coatings and thin films. The NEX QC+ platform is used in quality control, industrial laboratories, research environments, production control and materials analysis where fast elemental screening and routine composition analysis are required.
The system is based on direct excitation EDXRF technology and uses a 50 kV X-ray tube with a silicon drift detector for multi-element analysis. Typical applications include analysis of metals and alloys, polymers, coatings, powders, catalysts, oils, environmental samples and other routine XRF applications.
Test status: the instrument powers on and boots to the QuantEZ / EZ application selection screen. Several application methods are visible on the integrated display. No full XRF measurement test was performed because the instrument carries a note indicating a broken lens and an estimated repair cost of over €10,000. The system is therefore offered for parts or repair. It may be suitable for service organizations, parts recovery, laboratories with access to Rigaku service support, or buyers who can repair or reuse the system and accessories.
Supplied with Rigaku USB stick, PF-32-500 XRF pellet films, sample cup accessories, cables and additional parts as pictured. The PF-32-500 pellet films are 12 µm, 32 mm XRF sample films with 500 pieces per box. These films are intended for XRF sample preparation with compatible sample cups.
