Description
The used block heater from Stuart Scientific controls the temperature for general heating and incubating applications as well as sensitive analytical procedures. The system is particularly suited to microbiology and clinical laboratories. It is designed for precise heating of test-tubes. Applications include incubation, boiling, inactivation, wet washing, sample concentration, enzyme digestions, enzyme activity studies, nucleic acid hybridisations and many other clinical and industrial purposes.
The offered system contains two interchangeable aluminium insert blocks of each 8 positions with a 2 cm internal diameter.
Temperature can be set by a turning wheel below the setmark on the cover. Both the setting as the actual temperature are digitally displayed.
