Description
These two used GE Healthcare ÄKTAcrossflow TFF systems are bench-top automated tangential flow filtration systems designed for ultrafiltration, microfiltration, diafiltration, concentration and process development applications. They are suitable for small-scale bioprocessing and method development involving proteins, antibodies, vaccines, enzymes, cell culture products and other biological materials. The ÄKTAcrossflow platform is designed for controlled filtration workflows with monitoring and control of flow, pressure and process parameters.
Both systems originate from a large biomedical company which was forced to downsize. The first system is complete and in operational state, the second is a spare part donor. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the PC and Unicorn software (still trying), therefore the systems are currently offered as power-on tested only. They power on and the green power indicator flashes after startup.
