2510 – Used Rocker Chemker 400 vacuum pump

350.00 ex.

This used Rocker Chemker 400 vacuum pump is a high-performance chemical resistant diaphragm pump designed for reliable laboratory vacuum applications involving corrosive gases, solvent vapors, and filtration processes. It is widely used in pharmaceutical laboratories, chemical analysis, biotechnology, vacuum filtration, solvent purification, solid-phase extraction (SPE), gel drying, and rotary evaporation support. Thanks to its PTFE-coated wetted parts and oil-free diaphragm technology, the pump provides clean, maintenance-free operation without oil mist contamination, making it ideal for sensitive laboratory workflows.

The Chemker 400 is known for its excellent chemical resistance, low noise level, and stable vacuum performance. All wetted parts are made of PTFE and FFKM materials, offering strong resistance against most corrosive gases and aggressive vapors. The diaphragm-driven design eliminates the need for lubricants, reducing maintenance and preventing oil pollution. A built-in thermal protection system automatically shuts the motor down in case of overheating and restarts it once cooled, improving operational safety and pump lifetime. Its compact benchtop design and low vibration make it highly suitable for continuous laboratory use.
