Description
The used microtome, Microm with Cool-Cut HM325 is a manual rotary microtome with additional capability to support rapid set-up and cleaning for improved workflow. Maintain a cool, consistent temperature for paraffin blocks during the sectioning process with the Thermo Scientific Cool-Cut accessory. The cool-cut does not include a Peltier device. The HM 325 microtome features a precision micrometer mechanism with removable setting knobs, making operation possible on either the right or left side of the instrument. For user convenience, the range of the section thickness can be monitored, and there is vertical specimen movement with zero backlash. The used microtome, Microm with Cool-Cut HM325 was tested in our laboratory by an experienced technician and is in a good state.
