Description
This used PerkinElmer Geliance 600 Imaging System is a bio-imaging system designed for fluorescence and chemiluminescence applications. The system is suitable for imaging DNA, RNA and protein gels, Western blots, chemiluminescent membranes, fluorescent stains and general molecular biology imaging workflows.
The Geliance 600 uses a cooled CCD camera system for sensitive image capture, making it suitable for faint luminescence and fluorescence signals. Typical applications include ECL, Western blot detection, fluorescent gel documentation, nucleic acid imaging and protein analysis.
This system is supplied as pictured. The unit includes the Geliance 600 imaging cabinet with internal imaging chamber, camera/optics housing and sample stage / illumination platform as shown. Software, PC, filters, documentation and additional accessories are not included unless stated separately.
The instrument has been power-on tested. As the original software is not available, full functional testing could not be performed. Therefore, the system is offered in its current configuration and supplied as pictured. Returns are accepted if the instrument turns out to be malfunctioning.
