We offer a used dry block heater with evaporation unit, type Reacti-Therm III 18824 from Thermo Scientific. It is a easy to use dry block heater that provides constant temperature control. The unit includes a “Reacti-Vap 18826” evaporation unit which is a 27-port gassing manifold for easy sample evaporation. Usually nitrogen or air are used as drying gases.
It is ideal for heating and evaporation of thermo labile samples. For instance as required for sample preparation before analysis by gaschromatography, liquid chromatography and other methods. Designed with a recessed cavity that holds 3 interchangeable “Reacti-block” aluminium blocks. The modules can also be used for routine sample incubation when elevated temperature control is required.
The used dry block heater with evaporation unit was tested in our laboratory and is in a good state. Three alumnium blocks and a number of 2 ml reaction vials ,type 13222, are included in the offer (see pictures).
