Description
The used ICT Beam Boost Photochemical Reaction Unit is used as a post-column reactor device for HPLC in conjunction with UV/VIS, fluorescence, chemoluminiscence and electrochemical detection. The Beam Boost is installed between the analytical column and the detector. The eluting analytes from the analytical column are irradiated during flow trough the microbore reaction coil inside the Beam Boost by the UV lamp with 254 nm or 366 nm nominal wavelenght. Other configurations are possible depending on the needs of the assay.
