Description
This as new Invitrogen Qubit 4 Fluorometer from Thermo Fisher Scientific was manufactured in 2018, but never sold. Therefore, we have purchased the Qubit directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer. It is unused, still mint in the box and in a perfect condition.
The as new Invitrogen Qubit 4 Fluorometer is designed for DNA, RNA, and protein quantitation. The concentration or quality of the target molecule in the sample is reported by a fluorescent dye that emits a signal only when bound to the target. This minimizes the effects of contaminants on the result.
Key features:
- Fast and highly accurate quantitation of DNA, RNA, and protein in less than three seconds per sample
- Measures intact RNA in less than 5 seconds per sample
- High levels of accuracy using only 1–20 μL of sample, even with very dilute samples
- Can also directly measure the fluorescence of samples using Fluorometer mode
- Enables more accurate results than with UV absorbance at low concentrations
- Flexible options for exporting the results with USB drive or direct connection with a USB cable
