For sale this used Lorentzen & Wettre tensile tester. We have purchased this instrument from the National Bank where it was used to determine the strength properties of bank notes. We have maintained the instrument in our laboratory and tested the performance with a piece of paper. It is in a good condition.
The offered used Lorentzen & Wettre tensile tester offers a simple and accurate way of measuring the fracture toughness, as well as tensile stiffness, tensile strength, tensile energy absorption, breaking length, strain at break, elongation and elongation at 2/3 of max. force in a single, easily programmable unit. The measurements are in accordance with the STFI method.
