Description
For sale this used Bio-Rad PDS-1000/He Biolistic particle delivery system. We have tested and maintained the instrument in our laboratory, and it is in a good working condition.
The system uses a high-pressure burst of helium gas to introduce DNA-coated microcarriers into target cells. The bombardment is a convenient method for transforming several intact cells, tissues, or organelles. The particle delivery technique is easier and faster to perform than microinjection. With the offered used Bio-Rad PDS-1000/He Biolistic particle delivery system, both stable as well as transient transformations are possible.
