Description
This used Clean Air CB/CE 6 Cytotoxic Safety Cabinet is a large biological safety cabinet designed to provide protection for the operator, product and laboratory environment during work with microbiological, cytotoxic and other hazardous materials.
The cabinet uses controlled inflow combined with HEPA-filtered vertical downflow and filtered exhaust air. The original manufacturer data plate states compliance with DIN 12980, DIN 12950 and BS 5726. DIN 12980 is specifically intended for safety cabinets used with cytotoxic and other CMR substances.
The cabinet was professionally validated on 13 January 2026. The filter test, air velocity measurement and smoke test were performed and the cabinet was approved. The next validation is indicated for January 2027. The cabinet is tested and in good operational condition.
