Deze gebruikte wetenschappelijke Picofuge-minicentrifuge uit de VS werd gekocht bij een biochemisch/medisch laboratorium in het VK dat moest sluiten. De centrifuge was in bedrijf tot sluiting van het laboratorium. Daarna is het instrument naar ons vervoerd, getest in ons laboratorium en in redelijke staat bevonden.

De aangeboden gebruikte wetenschappelijke Picofuge-minicentrifuge uit de VS is ontworpen voor toepassingen die matige relatieve centrifugaalkrachten (g-krachten) vereisen, zoals microfiltratie, celscheiding en snelle spin-downs van materialen van de wanden van de buizen. De PicoFuge is toepasbaar voor zowel microbuisjes als PCR-buisjes. Een 6-voudige microbuisrotor en een 16-voudige PCR-striprotor worden meegeleverd, het wisselgereedschap ontbreekt echter. De machine werkt alleen goed als er meer druk wordt uitgeoefend dan normaal nodig is. Vandaar de lage prijs.

    Tweedehands Picofuge voor PCR tubes This used USA scientific Picofuge mini centrifuge was purchased from a biochemical/medical laboratory in the UK which had to close down. The centrifuge was in operation until closure of the laboratory. Thereafter, the instrument was transported to us, tested in our laboratory and found to be in good condition, the touch-function is working properly.

    The offered used USA scientific Picofuge mini centrifuge is designed for applications requiring moderate relative centrifugal forces (g-forces) such as microfiltration, cell separation, and quick spin-downs of materials from the walls of the tubes. The PicoFuge is applicable for both, micro tubes and PCR tubes. An 6-place micro tube rotor and an 16-place PCR strip rotor with change tool are included. The machine only works properly when more pressure is applied than usually neccessary
