1127 – Tweedehands urine analyzer Siemens Clinitek Advantus

Deze tweedehands urine analyzer Siemens Clinitek Advantus is een semi-automatisch tafelmodel analyzer. Het is ontworpen om Siemens medische diagnostische reagent strips voor urine analyse, zoals de Multistix 10 SG uit te lezen. De analyzer is een reflectie spectrofotometer die de kleur en intensiteit van het reflecterende licht van het reagentia medium meet. Deze worden vervolgens gerapporteerd in kwantitatieve klinische gehaltes. Het aflezen en interpreteren van de strips gaat automatisch.

Het systeem is afkomstig van een in 2019 gesloten Nederlands ziekenhuis. Hoewel we geen accurate gegevens hebben van de historie van dit instrument valt uit de memory functie van de Clinitek af te lezen dat de laatste tests in april 2018 werden uitgevoerd. De productiedatum van het instrument is onbekend.

Tijdens het opstarten werden een aantal zelftests succesvol uitgevoerd. Het systeem blijkt in prima staat.
De performance werd verder getest dmv een Multistix 10 SG-strip.
