Description
This as new Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC System (2022) delivers high analytical performance and reliability for modern chromatography workflows. It originates from a nearby Biomedical laboratory which closed down in 2025. This system was one of their latest purchases and hardly used in practice. The system represents Agilent’s trusted mid-range LC platform, offering excellent precision, reproducibility, and integration.
This configuration includes a G7110 isocratic pump, G7129A autosampler, G7116A multicolumn thermostat (MCT), G7114A variable wavelength detector (VWD), and a solvent tray. It also comes with a PC pre-installed with Agilent OpenLAB CDS workstation, Lab Advisor Basic, and Instrument Control Framework (ICF) software, allowing full instrument control and compliant data management.
The Infinity II system supports flow rates from 0.001 to 10 mL/min and operates up to 600 bar, ensuring flexibility for both isocratic and gradient methods. The VWD module provides a wavelength range of 190–950 nm with dual-wavelength detection and ultra-low baseline noise. The autosampler offers 0.1–100 µL injection volumes with minimal carryover, while the MCT ensures precise column temperature control for consistent retention times.
This complete configuration is ideal for analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical quality control, environmental testing, and academic research labs requiring robust and validated HPLC operation.
Originally purchased new in 2022 for €52,000, this tested system offers excellent value for laboratories seeking a modern, validated HPLC setup at half of the new price.
