1493 – Used Thermo Scientific Accela HPLC system

6,000.00 ex.

This used Thermo Scientific Accela HPLC System is a robust modular system with a large suite of integrated features to increase application flexibility and efficiency, permitting full customization for any laboratory. From routine industrial QA/QC to advanced drug discovery, from traditional HPLC to unsurpassed combined HPLC/UHPLC capabilities in one system, the Accela systems are designed for maximum performance, reliability and productivity. The system is controlled by a PC with XCalibur software and will be fully validated before delivering it to the new owner.

The Accela Pump is a dual-piston, quaternary, low-pressure mixing pump with a built-in vacuum degasser and pulse dampener. The pumping system provides flow rates from 1.0 to 1000 μL/min, which is the range needed to perform LC and LC/MS applications. You can run precise gradients from 50 to 1000 μL/min, while the extremely low gradient delay volume of 65 μL ensures minimum system cycle times.

The Accela Autosampler automates sample injections and sample preparation. The autosampler includes a built-in column oven (5 to 95 °C) and tray/sample temperature control (0- 60 °C). The Accela PDA Detector is a full-featured, time-programmable, photodiode array detector that can scan the full ultraviolet-visible range from 190 to 800 nm. The detector can acquire
data at a rate of 20 Hz.
