De systemen worden geleverd met pc en UNICORN-software. Ze zijn geschikt voor kleinschalige bioprocessing en methodeontwikkeling met onder andere eiwitten, antilichamen, vaccins, enzymen, celkweekproducten en andere biologische materialen. Het \u00c4KTAcrossflow-platform is ontworpen voor gecontroleerde filtratieprocessen met monitoring en regeling van flow, druk en procesparameters.<\/p>\n<p>Beide systemen zijn afkomstig van een groot biomedisch bedrijf dat noodgedwongen moest inkrimpen. Het eerste systeem is vrijwel compleet en verkeert in operationele staat; het tweede systeem dient als donor voor reserveonderdelen. Bij het eerste systeem ontbreken de P-PCV permeaatregelklep, de inline transfer-flowrestrictor achter de transferpomp en enkele slangen. Deze ontbrekende onderdelen zijn relatief eenvoudig en niet bijzonder kostbaar.<br \/>\nDe belangrijkste componenten zijn aanwezig en de functionaliteit daarvan is getest.
