De SoloVPE varieert de optische weglengte in plaats van het monster te verdunnen en gebruikt Slope Spectroscopy om de concentratie te bepalen aan de hand van meerdere absorptiemetingen. Deze technologie is met name geschikt voor eiwitconcentratiemetingen, biofarmaceutische procesontwikkeling, kwaliteitscontrole en andere toepassingen met geconcentreerde monsters.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"997\">De Cary 60 heeft een golflengtebereik van 190 tot 1100 nm en maakt gebruik van een xenonflitslamp zonder opwarmtijd. De SoloVPE biedt een continu variabele optische weglengte tot 15 mm en wordt via de Cary 60 gevoed en optisch ge\u00efntegreerd.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1414\">Het systeem start op en verkeert fysiek in goede staat. Helaas is de benodigde besturingssoftware niet inbegrepen, waardoor geen volledige analytische prestatietest is uitgevoerd. De huidige Repligen ViPER ANLYTX-software is compatibel met deze generatie SoloVPE-hardware in combinatie met de Agilent Cary 60.
