De <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chromatographyonline.com\/view\/1200-series-lc-system-launched\">Agilent 1200 HPLC-serie<\/a> is een van &#8217;s werelds populairste HPLC-systemen. Geen wonder, de unieke \u2018broken loop\u2019-injectiemodus, de robuustheid, het gebruiksgemak en de geavanceerde diagnose- en data-analysesoftware garanderen succes.<\/p>\n<p>Al onze\u00a0 tweedehands Agilent 1200 HPLC modules zijn uitvoerig getest en onderhouden in ons laboratorium voordat ze te koop worden aangeboden. Naast de zogenaamde diagnostische testen (IQ en OQ) voeren we een aanvullende performance test (PQ) uit. De modules worden dan ge\u00efntegreerd in een Agilent 1200 HPLC-systeem waarna de performance, door middel van een testmethode, in de praktijk testen. Naar onze mening is deze PQ-test essentieel bij het vaststellen van de kwaliteit van een module.<\/p>\n<p>Agilent 1200 HPLC systemen bestaan doorgaans uit de volgende modules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agilent 1200 vacuum degasser<\/li>\n<li>Agilent 1200 pump<\/li>\n<li>Agilent 1200 autosampler<\/li>\n<li>Agilent 1200 column oven<\/li>\n<li>Agilent 1200 detector<\/li>\n<li>Solvent tray<\/li>\n<li>PC and Chemstation software<\/li>\n<li>Drie maanden garantie op de PC en hardware<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De gewenste configuratie is eenvoudig samen te stellen. Plaats de gewenste HPLC modules alsmede een pc en software module in het winkelmandje en bestellen. Na binnenkomst van de opdracht leveren we een \u201cplug and play\u201d systeem aan.
