Het systeem maakt gebruik van een consistente, uniforme stroom van positieve druk om vloeistoffen met zowel lage als hoge viscositeit door SPE-platen en kolommen te verplaatsen.<\/p>\n<p>Elke poort van dit tweedehands Biotage Pressure+ SPE systeem handhaaft onafhankelijk een constante druk, waardoor de algehele reproduceerbaarheid van de extractie opbrengst aan analyten toeneemt. Dankzij dit unieke ontwerp kunnen gedeeltelijk gevulde racks worden gebruikt zonder in te boeten aan extractie-effici\u00ebntie. Bovendien zorgt het unieke ontwerp ervoor dat tussen de 1 en 48 kolommen kunnen worden verwerkt zonder dat lege poorten de stroomsnelheid be\u00efnvloeden.
