De multifunctionele configuratie van dit HPLC systeem werd toegepast voor routine analyse van verschillende stoffen in kruiden, bijvoorbeeld capsa\u00efcino\u00efden, en mycotoxines met &#8216;post-column&#8217; derivatisering (Cobra cell).<\/p>\n<p>Het systeem is in 2018 buiten werking gesteld doordat het bedrijf besloot de analyses uit te besteden aan een extern, geaccrediteerd laboratorium. Het is sinds dien niet meer in gebruik geweest. Om deze reden hebben we het instrument getest, onderhouden en succesvol gevalideerd alvorens het op onze website te plaatsen.<\/p>\n<p>De mogelijkheid om te kiezen tussen 3 detectiemethoden (inclusief de Cobra Cell) en 6 kolommen, welke willekeurig kunnen worden gekozen en aangesloten, geeft toegang tot een breed scala aan toepassingen. Dit resulteert in een systeem dat kan worden gebruikt om totaal verschillende methoden in \u00e9\u00e9n batch te combineren. Een systeem als deze kan voordelig zijn voor kleinere laboratoria die regelmatig verschillende methoden moeten uitvoeren.
