Het is in gebruik geweest tot half 2020 in een laboratorium in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het systeem heeft in januari 2020 voor het laatst onderhoud gehad en is toen ook gekalibreerd. Wij hebben de werking van het instrument in ons laboratorium ook getest en een kalibratie certificaat opgesteld: <a href=\"https:\/\/s-a-le.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1340-Testcertificaat-UV-Vis-spectrofotometer.pdf\">1340 &#8211; test certificate<\/a>. Het is in een goede conditie en werkt naar behoren. Echter is het een tweedehands instrument en laat het gebruikssporen zien (zie foto&#8217;s).<\/p>\n<p>Het is een enkelstraals UV-Vis spectrofotometer met ge\u00efntegreerd LED-display en toetsenbord welke bestand zijn tegen oplosmiddelen. De M501 heeft een real-time klok voor datum- en tijdstempels bij resultaten. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om de gebruiksstatus van de lampen te bewaken voor maximale levensduur en optimale prestaties.
