Het PCR-systeem was in gebruik tot de sluiting van het laboratorium. We hebben het instrument getransporteerd en enkele testen uitgevoerd om de staat van het systeem te beoordelen. Het instrument heeft kleine gebruikssporen (zie foto\u2019s), maar is volledig operationeel en in goede staat.<\/p>\n<p>Het aangeboden tweedehands Applied Biosystems GeneAmp PCR-systeem 9700 is speciaal ontwikkeld voor vermeerdering van nucle\u00efnezuren. Het systeem bestaat uit een basismodule en een 96-well monsterblok module voor gebruik met microtubes van 0,2 ml of 96-well microtiterplaten.
